For patients
Do I need a referral to see a psychologist at Primed Health?
You do not need a referral to see a psychologist, however a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP allows you to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. We recommend speaking with your GP before your first appointment.
Is telehealth available for all services?
Yes. Primed Health offers telehealth appointments for medical specialist consultations, psychology, and allied health services. Telehealth is available to patients across NSW.
Does Primed Health bulk bill?
Primed Health does not currently bulk bill. Medicare rebates may apply for eligible services with a valid referral or Mental Health Treatment Plan. Please contact us to discuss fees before your appointment.
What are the current wait times?

For referrers
How do I refer a patient to Primed Health?
Clinicians can refer patients by emailing [email protected] or downloading our Clinician Handbook for referral criteria and forms. We accept referrals from GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals.
